Raiding days are Wednesday, Sunday and Tuesday with raids commencing at 7.30pm (or 7.00pm on Sunday) ST until 10:00 pm ST (ST = Server Time).
All raiders should be online 15 minutes before raid start.
Tank: 400 hit/400 toughness (Note: hit target for bosses: 420)
Healer: 400 hit
DPS: 400 hit (Note: hit target for bosses: 420)
Raiding signups will be done via Crimson Crusade Alliance website. Events will be put up and raiders will be expected to sign up if they wish to go. The event will state the raid and any particular bosses being attempted. With insufficient signups, raids will have their objectives changed or be cancelled, with everyone who signed up gaining priority for the next raid. Raid times are always server time.
Sign up is primarily on a first come first served basis.
Unless you have prior informed a GM or Officer that you will be late there is a cut off of 5 minutes after raid start after which your spot will be filled from the first person on the signup list who did not get an initial invite. Please post on the calendar as soon as you can if you think you are going to be slightly late or cannot attend so we make preparations.
Please keep in mind that all the raiding instances are reset on a weekly basis (on Wednesday morning). So pay attention to your lockouts before going on a pug raid or signing up for any of our raids. As a general rule guild raids should have a first priority and if no other raid into this instance is planned for the week, you can go ahead with joining a pug raid.
If the raid signup is full please sign up anyway. Those who sign but miss out on a spot will be granted first priority on the next raid they sign for. This is subject to role and class balancing. Priority will expire after 2 Weeks.
You are only allowed to raid with your designated main character but may be asked to fulfil a role other than the primary role you have previously specified.
Alts will not be allowed.
Before raid start you must have done the following:
- Be on TeamSpeak and in game 15 minutes before raid start.
- Be on your main character unless you have stated you may be a little late.
- Your character must be fully soul healed.
- You must have all the consumables and potions needed for your class/role.
Invites will be issued 15 minutes before start time with the raid commencing at the scheduled time.
We expect everyone who signed up to stay online and be ready for the raid until the raid leader confirms the roster.
There will be breaks given during the raids for toilet stops and coffee etc.
Nothing is more annoying than trying to ressurect someone who is AFK, not only does it waste mana, it also means that the raid has to wait for that person to come back. It is also very annoying if people just go AFK without saying anything. Whenever you go AFK, pm the raid leader (or at least one of the officers on the raid) and wait to go AFK until you are alive again. This is not limited to after a kill or a death, also during trash pulls and the like, warn the raid leader / officer. Do this in chat (tells) and make sure they acknowledge your AFK request.
If you need to go somewhere for quick, it's perfectly okay, but please let us all know and don't ninja-afk. What you end up doing is making 19 other people wait for you. And also, please try to aim your doings so that if someone already is going AFK, you go then and not when he or she has come back and stated so even. I know it's always not so manageable, but please try your best.
We expect everyone to have read the tactics for the announced targets before the raid starts.
During tactics explanations we expect everyone to be quiet and pay attention - there may be deviations from what is posted, and roles will be assigned to people. There will be time for suggestions and comments when the explanations are done. Once the fight has begun, people need to follow the discussed tactics. We will review the fight after a wipe, and are open to suggestions what to change at that point.
The loot system will be the suicide kings system.
- Please watch your language on TS - there is no need for excessive swearing.
- Clicking "Ready" means you know what to do, when to do and how to do. Are you really ready?
- Make sure to cast raid buffs again when someone has been ressed during the fight.
- Naming and flaming is something we do not do. Instead we take the time and effort to help everyone.
