Our WOW Guild, Pandion Knights : [EU]Bladefist, is run by a team of people dedicated to ensuring our members get the best out of the game that we as a community can offer.
The following is a break down of the ranks we have, what they do and who is in them.

The Guild Leader is responsible for the overall Guild. He does not do this alone though and works very closely with the Senior Leaders. The Guild Leader will never make any major decisions without consulting with the Admin team and as such ensures the Guild runs in a democracy style system (rather than a dictatorship).
The Admins are responsible for all classes. They ensure that they have enough of the class for raiding and they manage the day-to-day running of the class.
