It's been a while since I wrote a lil' piece for the site, so I thought I'd share my thoughts about the raiding this week so far (after my break from raiding).
Firstly, it's been a while ... since my break from raiding, I now understand a new concept called "gear-score", that I have one, and that it really isn't that good (although I believe it's getting better) - good job I'm experienced at healings raids for the last 4-5 years then!
I was allowed to stay for the entire duration of the raid this week and given that it's still quite new, it was pretty stress-free. So, now I have 2 shiney new achievements, one to say I cleared the wing and the other had something to do with us not letting the last boss of the wing not have much power, not that I got to check, I was busy with my healing assignment.
Don't ask me the name of the bosses either, those of you that know me well, know I haven't a clue what they are ... but then I generally can't name most of the bosses in any of the raids in the last 4-5 years, other than "it's a bit dog" and "ooOO - it's the one with pom-poms in it, can I be white please (cause I can't see the purple ones very well)?
I know there's a continuation of the raid scheduled for this evening (Monday) and I think this is the first week that a continuation has been scheduled for ICC - good luck to all those picked tonight, lets hope we see some more success in there.
Anyways, it's a quick post (for me anyway).
